I don't know if y'all do this or not, but could everyone who reads this please pray for healing for my sister and brother? David is 35, and adopted from Viet Nam, and has liver cancer. They say he can only survive if he can get a transplant. Jana is 31 and has ovarian cancer. She's my half sister. She only just found out when she went in to be induced into labor to have her son, who as it turned out, had died some time previous because of her cancer. she is going to have to take chemo pills, they can't cut it out. I hope this is allowed, cuz think of the effect it might have if everyone who reads this lj prays for them...God appreciates it when many voices unite in the same prayer, doesn't he?

Well, she's finally here! Sofia Susannah was born February 26th, 2007! I ended up having an emergency c-section. She's almost 3 weeks old, now, and she's beautiful!

My husband is a nut. He can do a perfect Stitch voice, and knows all the lyrics to the theme song to Lilo&Stitch the series, and walks around the house switching back and forth between Stitch and himself singing it. He claims to have only watched the show twice. I love him so much.

He also does a fantastic Marvin the Martian. =:}

Well, I haven't been making anything in a few weeks, been busy with udder things. I just watched "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon", last night, for the first time in my life. It was odd. I liked Li Mu Bai, and Dark Cloud, as well as the woman who was Mu Bai's love interest, but it was hard to like Jen-or Shi-yen or however you say Zhang Zi-yi's character's name. She wasn't a heroine, nor was she a villainess, nor even a victim. She was an irritating, irrational enigma. The collective ending sucked. It was like "Nobody wins--Yay!". Oh, well. "Hero" is much better. And sad in a sort of better way than the aforementioned film. Technically, No-name won, but still died. Plus, it was a true story, or a cultural myth or something. It was good.

Joe and I watched Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children about an hour ago. It's pretty cool. Although I've never played the game, I am very familiar with the characters and most of the story, because Joe and my brother have played it and told me about it. Joe says I look a lot like Aerith, but I think that's just because he's a hopeless romantic. I have a website/second blog now, angelfire.com/indie/gypsyprincess. It's in the building stages...yeah. Can't think of anything else to say.
